This Apple Tree pattern offers five Grow-With-Me sizes of: 3-12m, 12m-3T, 3T - 6 years, 6-9 youth, and 9-12 youth These knit shorties fit as a loose fit tapered short on the smaller end of the size range and fit more like a biker short as the child grows. The sizes grow from a longer short to a shorter short. There are two short lengths and two short fits (relaxed or slim fit). The pattern also includes two skirt options (a full circle skirt* and a half circle skirt). There are so many fun summer options with this versatile grow with me pattern!

* The full circle skirt cannot be used as is with directional fabric, but there is a link in the pattern to a tutorial that shows how to use the full circle skirt with directional fabric. 

This pattern is easy enough for a confident beginner to complete.


There are 4 files available for download with purchase, the little kids English ebook PDF instructions with a full colour photo tutorial, the (layered) little kids pattern pieces file which can be printed on US Letter sized paper using Adobe Reader computer program (available as a free download here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/), an A0 file that allows the pattern to be printed on three large sheets of paper at a copy shop, and a projector file that can be used with a projector to project the pattern directly on fabric. 

Pages print with 1/2" margins so please ensure your printer can print within this range before purchasing :)
